Transition to Sustainable Energy
In response to increasing resource scarcity, we made a conscious decision to take control of our own energy supply. Since mid-2022, we have been generating our own electricity through a modern photovoltaic system installed on our company building. This allows us to operate largely independently from the public power grid. Our production of laser and engraving materials runs autonomously using 100 percent green electricity. A clear step toward environmental responsibility and long-term security.

E-Mobility: Climate-Friendly on the Road
Sustainability also shapes our company mobility. Our pool vehicles have been fully converted to electric drive. The electricity required comes directly from our photovoltaic system. This means we are not only low-emission, but powered by solar energy generated on site.

Intelligent Energy Management
The most environmentally friendly energy is the energy that is not consumed in the first place. That is why we use intelligent, programmable thermostats that automatically prevent unnecessary heating at night and on weekends. In this way, we sustainably reduce energy consumption and actively conserve valuable resources.

Sustainability Beyond the Workplace
For us, sustainability does not stop at the office door. With free water dispensers, a modern break kitchen, and fresh fruit provided daily, we promote healthy nutrition while encouraging environmentally conscious habits. Instead of vending machines that generate excessive packaging waste, we rely on regional partnerships. A local bakery’s delivery service supplies the entire technology park with fresh products every day.
